Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, February 2, 2026, have approved the change of name of the Company from Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited to SPR Auto Technologies Limited , subject to receipt of approval from Ministry of Corporate Affairs on name availability, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company and Central Government (ROC) and consequential alteration in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company pursuant to name change, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI Listing Regulations (as amended)
