We wish to inform that Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench, has approved and sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of Citizen Infoline Limited (Transferor Company) with Citizen Solar Private Limited (Transferee Company) with effect from 1 April 2023 under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act.\r\n\r\nThe Copy of the court order and scheme of amalgamation is herewith attached. The certified copies will be uploaded upon receipt from the court. The company will take necessary actions for the compliance of the said order in the due course.
